Realizing a “society where IT engineers can work comfortably”.
LeIN was founded with the aim of realizing "Light up EngINeer." in January 2019.
Having been involved in IT for nearly 20 years, I felt a sense of impatience with the increasing jobs and demand for IT engineers, while understanding of the IT industry hasn’t deepened. I decided to establish LeIN and address this, focusing on recruitment consulting and recruitment process outsourcing to streamline the hiring process.
Additionally, we have become a LinkedIn business partner, resonating with LinkedIn's vision and services, which emphasize cultural fit. We are working towards establishing presence of LinkedIn in the Japanese market.
In the future, we aim to expand our activities beyond recruitment to create a society where IT engineers can work easily and thrive.
After graduation from university, joined a power systems integration company as an IT engineer. Transitioned to Recruit, supporting companies and job seekers in the IT and manufacturing sectors as a recruitment consultant. Following a successful career as a top salesperson, including receiving consecutive MVP awards, then worked as a freelance recruitment specialist for several major corporations. In 2019, founded LeIN as an official LinkedIn partner company. Track record of supporting over 100 IT companies and assisting more than 8,000 individuals in career transitions.

I aspire to contribute to Japan's ongoing development of global talent and competitive companies a century from now. Creating a future where engineers thrive is just the beginning.
I envision LeIN as a catalyst for personal liberation and growth, empowering each individual to lead with pride in their own lives. Over the next century, I foresee LeIN evolving from merely gathering people to attracting them.
In the next 100 years, LeIN aims to transcend the typical corporate framework, gathering individuals around compelling projects that define our journey as LeIN.
After graduating from university, started career in web sales at an Internet finance company. Later, joined Bizreach, playing a key role in popularizing direct recruiting. As a manager, led a team responsible for a major client project. Then joined LeIN as CSO, overseeing a sales team. Lifelong passion lies in educating companies and individuals about LinkedIn.
